Rates:
Psychotherapy Rate: $250 per 50-minute session Telehealth Psychotherapy Rate: $250 per 50-minute session Individual DBT Skills: $250 per 45-minute session Insight and Wellness Coaching: $1500 per month (6 sessions per month) Sliding Scale: I offer sliding scale rates on a limited basis. Insurance: I accept all PPO insurance plans. To find out your insurance coverage, you can call your insurance company and ask them for the outpatient mental health benefits for "out-of-network providers." I provide you with an invoice, also known as a "superbill," at the end of every month, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Cancellation Policy: I require a 24 hour cancellation notice.
